职业学校反思型教师培训策略探究

摘    要:培养反思型教师,倡导反思性教学的教学理念和实践开始于20世纪80年代的英美等国,现在已经成为国际教师教育改革的一个重要走向和未来的一个发展方向。从反思型教师的内涵和特点入手,研究如何对职业学校教师进行系统培训,培养反思型教师,促进教师专业化成长,从而提高职业教育的教学质量。

Abstract:Dated from 1980s,the teaching ideas and practices of fostering reflective teachers and advocating the reflective teaching,appearing in Britain and American etc,has become an important tendency and the developing direction in the future for the international educational reform.In terms of the connotation and characteristics of reflective teachers,this article will focus on how to train the teachers in the vocational school systematically and foster reflective teachers to promote the growth of the teachers’ specialization and then improve the teaching quality of vocational education.
