| 摘 要： | 隐私权的法律保护是现代法治国家对公民人身权保护的一项重要内容.然而对公民隐私权的保护又必然会与公民的另一项基本权利--知情权发生冲突.而随着中国加入世界贸易组织,隐私权和知情权的立法已刻不容缓.解决隐私权与知情权的冲突已成为一个无法回避的问题.

| Abstract: | Protection of the privacy is an important part in the protection of citizens' rights in modern law-based countries. However, protection for the privacy is inevitably in conflict with another basic right of citizens-the right to know. The legislation of right of privacy and the right to know is becoming more urgent as China joins WTO. It is an important task to solve this conflict between this two rights. |
