| 摘 要： | 金融开放的终极指向是金融国际化、金融自由化。随之而来的国际资本大量快速流动，金融创新的不断发展会带来巨大的金融风险，使我国传统金融监管制度面临挑战。因此，需要研究金融开放后可能出现的各种情况，重构我国规范、有效的监管体系和监管制度，防范金融风险，避免经济、金融的大幅振荡。

| Abstract: | The final goals of financial opening are finance inte rnationalization and finance liberalization. That a mass of international capit al circulates rapidly and finance innovation develops constantly will bring abou t financial risk. This is a great challenge for the traditional financial supervisory system of o ur country. Therefore it is necessary to research the new situations which arise from the financial opening and to reestablish a normal effective system of supe rvision for preventing the financial risk and avoiding economic and financial fl uctuation by a big margin. |
