| 摘 要： | 二战以后，发达的资本主义国家先后实现了农业现代化，土地关系也出现了新变化。由此，有人断言，马克思的绝对地租理论已经过时。资本主义土地关系不论在哪种情况下，只要土地所有权存在，绝对地租就不会消失。当农业资本有机构成等于或超过社会平均构成时，绝对地租来源于社会总利润额。社会主义社会绝对地租仍然存在。承认并在实践中运用马克思的绝对地租理论，对我国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放有着重大的意义。

| Abstract: | The condition of the outcoming of the absolute land rent is the monopoly of the land ownership and its source is the exceeded profit that the agricutural products exceeds the production price.The condition of this kind of exceeded profit is the reason that the organic constitution of the agricultural capital is lower than the social average constitution.After world war two,with the development of capitalism,the developed capitalist countries have realized agricultural modernization one after another and that has brought new change of the land ownership.Some people has concluded from this that the Marxism theory of absolute land rent is outdated.As long as land ownership exists,whatever condition the capitalist land ownership is under,absolute land rent will not disappear.When the organic constitution of agricultural capital equals to or exceeds the social average constitution,absolute land rent comes from the total social profit.In socialist society,absolute land rent still exists.To the socialist modernization construction,reformation and opening in our country,it is great importance to admit and exercise the Marxism absolute land rent theory in practice. |
