| 摘 要： | 高校为了自身的发展蹴必须更新高校管理思维，以权变管理理念来发展高校的管理创新已成为必要。通过权变理论的内在逻辑分析，揭示了权变理论的精髓，提出了在高校管理机制中运用权变性因素分析的观点；同时对影响高校管理机制的权变性因素作了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Universities must update the idea of university management for their development.It is necessary for universities to innovate the university management mechanism with the contingency theory.This paper starts with the inherent logic of contingency theory,reveals the quintessence of contingency theory,puts forward the view of using contingency factors analysis in university management mechanism;at the same time,the author Probes into the contingency factors which influenced university management mechanism. |
