| 摘 要： | 高校管理民主是社会主义民主在高校管理过程中的具体体现，是社会主义建设培养大量德才兼备的合格接班人和建设者的需要，是现代管理技术的必然要求。因此，高等学校从领导层到全体教职工都应当高度重视，认真履行自己的民主权力，促进高校管理中民主建设的健康发展，使社会主义民主在高校各项管理和建设中充分发挥作用。
