基于DEA的钢铁企业能源及水资源消耗与生产效率研究

摘    要:基于数据包络分析模型,将钢铁企业综合总能耗及总耗新水量作为重要的投入变量,分析了我国钢铁上市企业2005~2008年各企业的生产效率,并计算出各钢铁企业距离效率前沿面、能耗和耗新水可降低的空间。结果表明:首先,这一时期我国钢铁企业综合生产效率有所上升,其中规模效率提高显著;其次,钢铁企业能耗和耗新水有所降低,但在现有技术条件下,依然有较大的节能和节水空间;第三,各企业能耗与耗新水的可降空间差距较大,平均而言,对于样本中的企业特大型钢铁企业可降空间最小,中小型钢铁企业次之,大型钢铁企业可降空间最大。

Abstract:By using data envelopment analysis and importing energy,water consumption,this paper analyzes the productive efficiency of Chinese listed iron and steel enterprises from 2005 to 2008.It also calculates the spatial redundancy of energy and water consumption of every enterprise.The major results are as follows.First,the productive efficiency is improved in this period and scale efficiency moved up significantly.Second,the energy consumption has been cut down notably,but there is still a large room to reduce consumption of energy under the same technical level.Third,spatial redundancy of energy and water consumption varied with different enterprises.Averagely,the large-scale enterprises have the biggest spatial redundancy of energy and water consumption,the small-sized enterprises smaller,the oversized enterprises smallest.
