| 摘 要： | 编目工作的核心能力主要体现在通过联机合作编目实现书目数据资源共享、书目数据标准化与规范化控制、整合纸本资源和数字资源以及对网上信息资源进行编目三个方面。编目工作在受到内外环境变化挑战的情况下,应通过四条途径保持和提升核心能力:更新编目工作理念、变革编目工作的组织管理;重视规范控制工作、推进书目标准化;整合各种资源、增强OPAC的服务功能;加强编目人员核心能力。
