| 摘 要： | 信息化体制的创新发展是深化我国大学信息化建设的必然选择。通过对我国4所大学成功个案的研究,提出我国大学信息化体制经历了以满足多样化IT服务需求而创设各IT部门的建设阶段。IT的集成化发展以及IT与大学管理业务的整合,推动我国大学进入以促进信息共建共享而协调管理全校信息化权责关系的体制建设阶段。进一步剖析了当前大学信息化体制的特点、问题,及大学信息化实践发展对体制变革的需求,指出我国大学信息化体制需迈向以促进信息化与大学战略目标一致,提升信息化战略地位为核心功能的阶段,这是我国大学在信息时代战略发展的必然。
