| Abstract: | Every city, even every district should have its own characteri stics in the development of preschool education because every area has its own a dvantages and disadvantages. The Siming district of Xiamen city is such a succes sful case that its preschool education has got great achievements in many fields such as kindergarten-based curriculum, kindergarten management, and preschool t eachers' qualities and so on. |
