| 摘 要： | 院系二级管理是当前高职院校迅速发展的需要。进行院系二级管理要注意其两面性和把握原则,在影响学院发展的关键指标上加强职能部门管理的力度。因此,推进院系二级管理要转变观念,合理划分院系两级管理职责、权限和利益,并建立完善的监督约束机制。
