| 摘 要： | 高等教育的市场化,正在促使民办高等教育的融资和投资体制发生重大变化,并已成为世界高等教育发展的一种趋势。但与西方国家私立高等教育介入资本市场的模式相比,我国民办高等教育与资本市场的联姻采取了完全不同的发展模式和道路。如何看待资本市场与民办高等教育的联姻,能否为中国民办高等教育介入资本市场提供制度和法律上的空间,是我国高等教育必须回答的现实问题。

| Abstract: | The higher education's market-oriented development is resulting in the important change of the financing and investment system of private higher education. As far as the international practice is concerned, the entry of private higher education into the capital market has become a world trend of higher education development. In China, there has also emerged such phenomenon of capital market's involvement in private higher education. Compared with Western countries, China has adopted totally different modes and means in the cooperation of private higher education with the capital market. It is an inevitable question as to whether the cooperation between the capital market and private higher education will provide system and legal basis for Chinese private higher education to enter the capital market. |
