| 摘 要： | 网络课程是实现学历学习的一种很有效的形式。该文作者从理论层面上分析了网络教育的基本特点 ,并藉此提出了网络课程开发的一般过程和开发过程中的基本要求 ,并在实践的基础上 ,于文章末尾提供了一个网络课程开发的范例。该范例吸收了一些信息化教学的理念和网络教育研究的最新技术成果 ,为网络教育工作者提供了一个可供借鉴的网上课程模型
