高职校企合作课程开发问题实证研究

摘    要:校企合作课程开发是高职内涵建设的抓手和重点,通过对高职院校和企业的调查研究发现在校企合作课程开发过程中依然存在很多没有解决的难题。来自高职院校的困难有课程开发依然没有突破学科课程的束缚,高职教师缺乏对项目课程的准确认识,高职课程开发进程缓慢,课程开发管理存在障碍。企业参与高职校企合作课程开发的阻力有企业主动参与课程开发的意识不强,校企合作缺乏长期性和稳定性,企业的时间、资金与资源难以协调。这些问题使很多高职院校的课程改革工作面临诸多困难。

Abstract:The survey on a number of vocational colleges and establishments revealed that the unsoivea problems still remain in the process of curriculum development cooperation. Firstly, curriculum design in the vocational colleges has not broken the shackles of academic courses, which resulted from vocational teachers' improper understanding of the project course. Secondly, school management barriers in the colleges led to the slow curriculum development. Thirdly, the limitation in coordinating time, money and resources prevented enterprises from consciously and actively participating in curriculum development, as caused the stability and sustainability of school-enterprise cooperation hard to maitain.
