| 摘 要： | 企业技术能力的不断提升是培育其自主创新能力的基础,是实现企业持续创新乃至跨越式发展的重要途径。本文在梳理企业技术能力研究成果的基础上,剖析了企业技术能力的知识本质,借助SECI知识转化模型,进一步探究了企业技术能力发展演化的内在机理,并为中国企业技术能力的提升提出一定的建议。

| Abstract: | Technological capabilities of enterprises continuously improved is the foundation for training independent innovative abilities of enterprises,is an valuable approach to realize sustain innovation and even crossover development of enterprises.By combing the research findings of technological capabilities of enterprises,This article analyses knowledge nature of technological capabilities of enterprises,referring to SECI knowledge transformation model,probes deep evolution mechanism of technological capabilities of enterprises,and put forward some suggestions for improving technological capabilities of china enterprises. |
