| 摘 要： | 上世纪70年代,韩国政府为了解决工农差距过大和农村问题,组织实施了新农村建设与发展运动,这场运动被称为韩国新村运动。韩国新村运动实现了韩国农村的振兴,提高了韩国国民的生活伦理水平,为韩国经济的腾飞打下了坚实的基础。本文力图通过对韩国新村运动作全面的考察,总结新村运动的经验启示,从而为我国建设社会主义新农村系统工程提供可以参照的理论资源和实际范例。
