| 摘 要： | 科学发展高校科技产业是创新型国家建设的重要组成部分。文章从建设创新型国家的视角,审视了高校科技产业发展中存在的各种问题,并以河西学院科技产业发展为例,对高校科技产业的职能予以新的定位,提出新的观点。最后从理念、制度、科技、管理等角度探寻了科学发展高校科技产业的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The Scientific development of technology industry in universities is an important element for the construction of innovation-oriented country.This paper examines the various problems existing in the development of university technology industry,and then by setting Hexi University as an example,redefines the functions of university technology industry and puts forward some new standpoints.It further explores the countermeasures to the scientific development of technology industry in universities from the perspectives of idea,system,science technology and management. |
