| 摘 要： | 由于成本控制系统复杂性导致的定量控制方法不能完全满足决策的需求,提出基于案例推理的成本定性控制方法,设计了成本控制案例的框架表达形式,在流程工业企业产品成本控制DSS中已经建立了10个在成本控制工作中表现出色的成本控制案例的小型案例库。
