| 摘 要： | 要从根本上防范重复保险的行为,应从保险人的角度出发。保险人应从展业、承保、理赔三个环节控制重复保险,防范道德风险。首先在展业时,宣传保险知识,向客户说明重复保险的含义及其害处。其次是在承保、理赔中,在各保险人之间通过网络建立重复保险管理信息系统,充分利用现代计算机技术和软件技术来有效的防范重复保险。

Discussion the Construction of Management Information System of Multiple Insurance |

| Abstract: | We should focus on insurer business operation in order to prevent multiple insurance fundamentally. Insurer should eliminate this kind of moral hazard by controlling the business procedures,marketing issuing settlement. At first, insurer should explain explicitly the meaning and harm about multiple insurance as marketing .And then, management information system of multiple insurance should be set up between insurers so as that modem IT and software can be employed to reduce multiple insurance effectively. |
