| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和理论分析法，从社会转型的实质和当前的特点出发，探讨了我国民间体育组织的管理和发展的一些基本问题，指出；管理和发展我国民间体育组织应在理顺3个关系，坚持5项主要原则的基础上，形成系统化运作机制。
