| Abstract: | The 21st century will be a society of community.The development of 21st century will be concretized into the development of community. Due to the basic characteristics of community education, namely, round-the-clock,all-around,and life-long education, it is the optimum choice of carrying out widespread modern quality-oriented education for citizens.It is already the common understanding that education should develop in coordination with the socity. Meanwhile,the announcement and implement of community education is the definite outcome of establishing study-oriented socity and meeting the needs of life-long study. |
