| 摘 要： | 目的 对重症肺炎患者的免疫功能变化进行研究。方法 用荧光单抗CD3^ ,CD4^ ,CD25^ ,CD95^ ,CD3^ /CD25^ ,CD8^ /CD28^ ,CD8^ /CD28^-,CD19^ 对淋巴细胞标记和计数。结果 重症肺炎患者体内CD3^ ,CD95^ ,CD3^ /CD25^ ,CD8^ /CD28^ 减少，CD4^ ,CD25^ ,CD19^ 无明显变化，而CD8^ /CD28^-增加。结论 重症肺炎患者B淋巴细胞变化不大，T淋巴细胞因大量凋亡而总数减少，亚群的变化又造成免疫功能紊乱，在临床治疗过程中需改善患者免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the change of the immune function in the critical cases with severe pneumonia. Methods The lymphocytes were marked and counted with mono antibodies CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 25 +,CD 95 +,CD 3 +/CD 25 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 -,CD 19 +.Result In severe pneumonia cases, CD 3 +,CD 95 +,CD 3 +/CD 25 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 + were increased,CD 8 +/CD 28 - was decreased,but CD 4 +,CD 25 +,CD 19 + had no obvious change.Conclusion In severe pneumonia cases, B lymphocyte had no obvious change, the total amount of T lymphocyte was decreased heavily as the result of great apoptosis, the immune function were disordered due to the change of subset of T lymphocyte.The immune functions of the patients should be adjusted during the course of the clinical treatment. |
