| 摘 要： | 应用血液生物学指标，对国内优秀足球运动员联赛期间进行机能状态的生物学监控。结果发现：应用血红蛋白(Hb)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)及其比值(T／C)等指标进行综合分析，能够较准确地反映运动员在不同时期的机能状态，及时为教练员调整运动训练负荷提供信息，以便采取合理的恢复手段，为提高训练效果和足球运动成绩服务。

| Abstract: | Hemo-biological indices have been used in this study to biologically monitor rhe functional state of elite in some football teams during the period o league matches. The results have shown that the comprehensive analysis made with such biological indices as Hb, BUN, CK, T, C, T/C and so on can accurately reflect the players' functional state in the different period of league matches and provide valuable information in due course for coaches to adjust training load, so as to adapt rational measures for recovery and serve the improvement of training effects and football match results. |
