摘    要:无机及分析化学课程组建立了一支教学效果好、科研能力强的教学团队,创立了多元化分层次教学的新模式。通过新教学模式的实施,调动了学生的学习积极性,激发了学生的创造热情,挖掘了学生的潜能,培养了学生的科学探索精神。

Abstract:Inorganic and analytic chemistry curriculum team constructs a teaching group with good teaching effects and strong research ability,establishes a new diverse-level teaching model.Trough the implementation of the new teaching model,it arouses students' learning initiative,stimulates their innovative enthusiasm,excavates their potential,and trains their spirit of scientific inquiry.
