| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展,文件结构在技术变迁中不断演化,从纸质文件的物理结构与逻辑结构的统一到数字时代电子文件结构的二重性再到数据时代电子文件结构的数据化,这种演变催生了数据时代的数据化管理思维,迫使我们将管理聚焦于构成文件的数据,而不是文件本身。数据时代电子文件结构的数据化发展有利于降低电子文件的系统依赖性,更有利于利用电子文件数据进行数据挖掘与数据分析。文件结构演变的同时也解构了原有的概念体系,如文件概念的弱化与异化,元数据概念的强化与拓展等。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology,the structures of documents has evolved in technology changes,from the multiple structures of paper documents to the duality of electronic records in the digital age to the data structure of electronic records in the data age.This evolution has spawned the thinking on data management of electronic records in the data age,urging us to focus management on the data that makes up the records,not the records itself.The data structure of electronic records in the data age is conducive to the"four-characteristics"guarantee of electronic records,and is more helpful of using electronic records data for data mining and data analysis.The evolution of documents structures also deconstructs the original concept system,such as the concept of records is weakened and alienated,and the concept of metadata is strengthened and expanded,etc. |
