| 摘 要： | 职业教育作为新时代培养高技能人才和高素质劳动者的重要途径,需要一种精神来凝聚共识、汇聚力量,这就是“工匠精神”。但是,在传播中如何培养学生的“工匠精神”成为教育改革的新命题。文章从传播学视角出发,在对工匠精神的传播方式与路径进行回顾的基础上,指出工匠精神在职业院校传播中所面临的困难与挑战,进而提出工匠精神在职业院校中长效传播机制的构建策略,即从“课程资源”“师资队伍”“教学媒体”“效果评价”“传播环境”等要素入手,构建规范合理的传播秩序,促进“工匠精神”的长效传播。

| Abstract: | Vocational education,as the main way of training high-skilled talents and high-quality workers in the new era,needs a spirit to build consensus and gather strength,which is the spirit of craftsman.However,how to cultivate students'craftsman's spirit in the process of communication has becomes a new proposition of education reform.From the perspective of communication science,on the basis of reviewing the transmission methods and paths of craftsman's spirit,the paper points out the difficulties and challenges faced by craftsman's spirit in vocational colleges.Furthermore,the construction strategy of long-term communication mechanism of vocational craftsman's spirit in vocational colleges is put forward,starting from the elements of"course resources","teachers","teaching media","effect evaluation",and"communication environment"to build a standardized and reasonable communication order and promote the long-term spread of"craftsman's spirit." |
