“岗课证融通”校本课程开发的关键问题研究

摘    要:"岗课证融通"校本课程开发的关键是实现岗课、课证、岗证的有机融通,在具体实践中要明确以下几个关键问题:从需求侧、职业教育特点和课程性质综合进行课程定位;课程开发的主角是企业实践专家与教师;课程内容紧贴岗位工作实际,对接职业标准,必需、够用为宜;课程要实现工作过程系统化的结构设计;科学系统地规划课程资源建设。建议科学规划校本课程开发,形成校本课程方案;保障企业主体性在校本课程开发中的充分发挥;保持动态、开放的校本课程开发过程;加强"双师型"教师、企业兼职教师队伍建设。

Abstract:The key to the development of school-based curriculum development of"integration of post,course and certificate"is to realize the organic integration of post,course and certificate.In practice,the following key issues should be made clear:curriculum positioning should be carried out from the demand side,the characteristics of vocational education and the nature of curriculum;the main role of curriculum development are enterprise practice experts and teachers;the content of the course should be closely related to the actual work of the post and meet the professional standards which are necessary and sufficient;the structural of course should be systematization of working process,and plan the construction of curriculum resources scientifically and systematically.We should plan the construction of curriculum resources scientifically and systematically.It is suggested that,first,plan school-based curriculum development scientifically and form a school-based curriculum plan;second,ensure the full play of enterprise subjectivity in school-based curriculum development;third,maintain dynamic and open school-based curriculum development process;last,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers and part-time teachers in enterprises.
