| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高校思政教育的骨干力量,组织和实施大学生思政教育和日常管理工作,是学生成长成才的良师益友。扮演好辅导员这一角色,需要积极提升自身职业能力。练就精准“绣花”之功、善于“十个指头弹琴”、牵住“牛鼻子”,重点抓住这三项措施是提升辅导员职业能力的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.They organize and implement ideological and political education and daily management work for college students.They are good teachers and friends for students to grow into talents.To play a good role as a counselor,we need to actively improve our professional ability.Practicing accurate"embroidery skill",being good at"playing the piano with ten fingers"and holding the"bull's nose",focusing on these three measures is an effective way to improve the professional ability of counselors. |
