| 摘 要： | 国家扩招政策发布后,高职院校面临着“如何招生”“谁来教”“怎么教”和“教什么”人才培养系统性的新挑战,按照“标准不降、模式多元、学制灵活”的扩招基调,如何提供有价值、有针对性的教育服务,多元化分类教育教学人才培养模式将成为院校探索的主要方向。以相关政府、园区、院校和企业为多种生态要素的宁波区域电商产教融合综合体,通过教育资源聚集、体制机制创新和教学形态改革进行了尝试,为高职社招联盟化、社会化培养提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Since the enrollment increase policy is carryed out,higher vocational colleges have faced the systematic challenges of personnel training,such as"how to enroll new students?""Who teaches them?""How to teach?""What to teach?"etc.According to the enrollment expanding keynote of"unchanged fostering standard,plural modes,flexible educational system",how to provide valuable targeted educational service and multiple classified teaching has been one of the main personel training mode directions.The industry and education integration complex of Ningbo area takes relevant government,park,university and enterprise as multiple ecological elements.A strong attempt was made through educational resources aggregation,system and mechanism innovation and teaching form reform,which provides a reference for higher vocational college socialized enrollment unionization and socialization training. |
