| 摘 要： | 国内学者对自主创新定义的研究已经很多,但深入比较自主创新三种模式的研究还比较少见,缺乏对它们特征差异的具体而深入的讨论。从基于知识的观点出发,在知识的三个维度上对三种自主创新模式的区别以及它们对创新来源、创新成本和创新有效性的不同影响进行探讨,提出相关假设,并用270家企业的数据对提出的假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明:三种创新模式有关的知识隐性、系统性、复杂性都不同;原始性创新最倾向于从企业内部获取且对创造企业竞争优势的作用最大;集成创新有关的知识复杂性最大,且创新成本最高。最后讨论了基于知识观的研究视角和实证结果对于管理实践的意义。
