| 摘 要： | 妇女参与政治和决策是当今世界各国普遍面临的一个重要的问题,也是我国实现社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容。正视和分析我国妇女参政的政策法律的保障和缺失、妇女平等参与政治和决策的障碍、妇女参政问题的思路与对策,对于实现女性政治权利,营造男女两性平等发展的和谐社会,具有深远的历史意义和重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Women's participating in political activities and policy making is and important problem facing the Countries in the world,and also a principle content in the realization of socialist democratic construction in our country.Facing up and analyzing the guarantee or the defects in the policies and laws of women's entering politics,is of vital importance in the realization of women's political rights,and of a harmonized society with the equality of sexes. |
