| 摘 要： | "合拢饭"是侗家独具特色的饮食文化和待客礼俗,是款待尊贵客人的集体性行为。通过对"合拢饭"的传说起源和实地考察,反映出其民族人格特征和文化类型。这种民族文化记忆中的"和睦共生"与"以邻为善"的生态美学,是与自然和他者的适生智慧。随着异域文化、主流文化的涌入,侗乡古老文化传统遭遇现代文明的挑战,带来文化冲击的反思。
