| 摘 要： | 舟山依托特有的海洋资源优势,大力发展民营经济,实现了民营经济主导的内生性新渔农村发展模式。下一步,要不断发展壮大民营经济,推进内生性新渔农村发展模式：坚持以＂临港产业＂为主导的特色区域经济;大力推进渔农业产业化经营;发展生态渔农业,逐步实现增长方式的转变;放宽政策,鼓励民营经济投资渔农村基础设施建设;增强民营企业自身的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Relying on the unique advantages of marine resources,Zhoushan strives to develop the private economy and achieves an endogenous developmental model of new fishing village driven by private economy. The participation modes in construction mainly involve industry-driven mode,village-enterprises interaction mode,directive participation mode,co-developing mode,economic consultant mode and public welfare contribution mode. For the next step,the private economy needs continuous development and will promote the endogenous new fishing village development pattern：Insist on the characteristics regional economy leading by ＂neighboring-port industry＂ ; promote the industrial management of fishery and agriculture vigorously; develop ecological fishery and agriculture to realize the transformation of growth mode; relax the policy to encourage private economics＇ investment in fishing village infrastructures; enhance the competitiveness of private enterprises. |
