| 摘 要： | 为了了解和掌握党员民主权利保障情况，我们通过座谈和问卷调查，肯定了党员民主权利保障过程中取得的主要成绩及其表现，分析了党员民主权利保障过程中存在的主要问题及其表现，阐述了党员民主权利保障过程中存在问题的原因、根源及其对策。
