| Abstract: | Based on the survey of college students' usage and surfing in the Internet, altitudes towards the Internet and viewpoints on the education in the Internet were resolved. The urgency and necessity of on-line ideological and political education and the characteristics of the education were studied. Some countermeasures to effectuate the ideological and political education in the Internet were put forward. |
