语法翻译法和交际法对教学效果的影响比较

摘    要:运用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,对某重点中学分别采用语法翻译法和交际法进行外语学习和教学的60名高一学生和教师进行调查,试图了解哪种教学方法更能产生良好的教学效果。结果发现,两种教学方法对目前考试背景下的学生学习成绩没有显的影响。相比较而言,学生更喜欢交际法的教学方式,且交际法对学生的阅读能力提高更有帮助。

Abstract:In this article, quantitative - qualitative researches are employed to investigate the relationship between twodifferent teaching approaches (Grammar Translation Method and Communicative Approach) and the students' learningoutcomes. The subjects involved are 60 Senior - One students and two teachers from a key school located in Zhejiangprovince. The study attempts to find out which teaching approach produces better teaching effects. The results show nosignificant effects on students' learning outcomes under present testing systems. Comparatively, the students prefercommunicative approach, which is of greater help to their reading ability.
