| 摘 要： | 选举是由选民依照法律规定的程序和方式推举民意机关代表或国家公职人员的政治活动。违法选举是相对于依法选举而言的。违法选举危害极大,严重破坏民主选举制度的健康发展,危害社会主义民主法制建设,在广大人民群众中造成很坏的影响。为了更好地治理违法选举,本文试就这一问题进行粗浅探讨。
