| 摘 要： | 为了适应21世纪体操技术的发展，提高我国女子跳马运动技术水平，采用运动学研究法对许婧完成的直体奎尔沃腾越进行了分析，总结归纳出许婧完成直体奎尔活动作的主要技术特点，发现许婧在直体后空翻过程中屈髋过早，水平速度和身体翻转速度还有待于改进和提高。

| Abstract: | the technique of handspring forward 1/2 turn and hollow back somersault in vaulting horse performed by Xu Jing, gymnast of the Chinese national team for the 13th Asian games, was kinematically analyzed. The main features of her technique were explained. It is suggested that she should improve her horizontal velocity and turning speed. |
