| 摘 要： | 应用薄层扫描法测定孩儿茶中消旋儿茶素的含量，方法简便，重现性好，结果准确。在4．0－8．0μg/ml范围内呈线性关系，r=0．9992。回收率为99．6％－102．8％，RSD为1．2％－4．2％。

| Abstract: | Using the thin layer chromategraphy-scanning to determine the content of racemic catethins in Haier Tea is easy, accurate and has good recovery. The method has a linearity between 4.0~8.0ug/ml with the correlation dofficlent 0.9992. The recovery is 99.6%~102.8%, RSD=1.2%~4.2%. |
