摘    要:大学市场化使高等教育成为由相互竞争的大学提供的一种特殊商品,教育服务按质论价。准市场化制度环境下,高等教育出现了稀缺性、竞争、认知、选择等制度变迁的基本动因。高校要转变制度观念,增强市场适应能力,从而健全高等教育质量保障体系。

Abstract:University-marketization takes higher education into a special commodity that provided by the competitive universities, the education services are priced on the quality. Under the institutional environment of quasimarketization, the basic motivations of institutional change, which composed of scarcity, competition, cognition and choice etc. , appear in higher education. Universities have to change the institutional concepts, enhance adaptability to the market and improve the system of higher education quality assurance.
