| 摘 要： | 本文运用T106数值预报产品、卫星云冈及天气实况资料等，对1999年9月4日凌晨温州特大暴雨原因进行探讨，发现秋季在厦门以南至广东东部登陆的台风，在浙中南沿海形成台风倒槽，该倒槽内暖湿切变线的中尺度对流云团是引起特大暴雨的重要条件。

| Abstract: | The study of wenzhou abnormal heavy rain associated with 9909 tropic cyclone is based On T106 numberial products, satellite data and observations. The results show the autumn tropic cyclone landing at the east of Guandong province often accompanied with an inverted trough extending to the middle-south zhejiang coast, where MCC occured and caused the abnormal heavy rain. |
