摘 要: | 制订中的国家“中长期教育改革和发展规划”应符合宪法,因此对宪法文本中的教育关系规范进行分析厘清成了当务之急。通过明确宪法所勾勒出的教育关系图,可以发现宪法文本中不够确定的教育关系内容。

Abstract: | China's medium and long-term educational reform and development plan should be consistent with the Constitution.Therefore,it's a top priority to make an analysis of provisions of the relationship about education in the Constitution.And through the analysis,we will not only clearly find the relationship outlined by the Constitution,but also find the uncertain parts concerning the relationship of education. |
