| 摘 要： | 柔性管理是一种以人为中心的人性化管理模式,文章在阐述柔性管理的涵义和基本特征的基础上,分析了加强图书馆柔性管理的必要性,并就柔性管理在高校图书馆管理中的组织结构、读者服务、人力分配、激励机制、图书馆文化等方面的实施运用作了论述,提出了实施图书馆柔性化服务的策略,并以此建构起柔性管理下图书馆核心竞争力的模式.
