| Abstract: | Mainly focusing on the operation pattern and successful experience of the first new drugs oriented venture fund in China——Jiangsu Provincial innovative venture fund of new drugs,the article analyzes the advantages and existent problems of investing venture capital in the R&D field of new drugs in Jiangsu Province,and brings forward the inspiration of new drugs venture capital in accordance with the actual situation in China. |
