连铸实训教学系统的设计与开发

摘    要:针对教育部提出高校要强化实践教学要求,我们设计与研制了连铸模拟冷态实训装置,用于钢铁冶金专业的实践教学。控制模式包括远程自动控制、远程手动控制和就地手动控制三种模式。连铸模拟冷态实训装置的开发,可实现教学内容形象化、时空化,拉近课堂与实践的距离。该装置已经投入使用,系统运行稳定,获得了较好的实训效果。

Abstract:Considering the requirement of education ministry about strengthen practical education, we propose the cold modeling training device of continuous casting ysed to steel metallurgy speciality. Its controlsystem consists of three methods, namely remote automatic control, remote handwork and nearby handwork control. The practical training system can provide imagery, and space - time dependent training. The aoolied results show that it operates steady, and gets fine effect.
