| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，在培养高校学生的整体素质中有其独特的作用，同时也是落实学校体育任务和《全民健身计划》的重要手段之一。通过对浙江、湖北、河南部分高校学生参加课外体育活动情况为研究对象，调查分析其目前主要存在的问题，并提出解决方案，以期为继续深化高校体育教学改革提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Sports after class consists necessarily in school physical education, which plays unique role in training all-round quality of students in high school. In this paper, the present situation of participating in sports after class of part students of high school in Zhejiang, Hubei and Henan provinces was investigated and analyzed. In order to reform deeply in school physical education, author put forward the present problems and the countermeasures. |
