摘    要:从知识管理的角度看,教师个人知识的管理水平将对教学质量与教师专业发展产生重要影响。本文借鉴知识管理中的“知识地图”概念,聚焦于教师个体,探讨教师个人知识地图的类型与构建方式,尝试为教师个人知识管理提供一种切实有效的方法与策略。教师可以了解不同知识地图的特点,根据个人需要和知识存在状态,构建有效知识地图,以实现个人知识的有效管理。
