我国师范生教育实习改革的路径思考

摘    要:师范生教育实习的质量是影响师范生教学水平的重要因素。随着我国高等教育扩招以及对教师素质的新要求,师范生教育实习面临实习基地数量不足、指导力量薄弱,教学实习资源缺乏、针对性不强,实习质量管理手段落后、过程控制不够等问题。改革师范生教育实习在变革方向上应促进实习资源、实习过程和实习管理的一体化,在变革举措上应构建"师范生教育实习平台",从而实现实习资源的丰富与更新,使实习模式突破时空限制,实现实习管理过程的规范化和自动化。

Abstract:The quality of education practice of normal students is an important element that affects the teaching level of normal students in the future.With the enrolment expansion in higher education and the new requirement for the quality of the teachers,the education practice of normal students are facing various problems as the insufficiency of the quantity of practice bases,the weakness of instruction staff,the shortage of resources of teaching practice,the weakness of pertinence,the backward of management method for practice quality,and the insufficiency of process control,etc.Reforming the practice of normal students,we should integrate practice resources,process with practice management and try to establish practice platform for normal students,so as to realize the renovation and enrichment of practice resources,the breakthrough of restriction of time and space,and the standardization and automation of practice process.
