基于熵值法的省域自主创新能力评价与分析

摘    要:首先建立区域自主创新能力评价指标体系,然后利用熵值法确定指标权重,运用简单线性加权法对2010年中国大陆31个省、市、自治区区域自主创新能力进行评价,对评价结果进行比较分析,明确各地区自主创新能力的优势和劣势。评价结果表明中国省级区域的区域自主创新能力地域差异化明显,就总体排名来看,呈现东部地区强、西部地区弱特征,由东部沿海向中、西部内陆逐渐递减。东部地区的区域自主创新能力最强,其次是东北地区和中部地区,西部地区较弱。

Abstract:A set of evaluation indicators of regional technology innovation capability are formulated.The technology innovation capability of 31 provinces and regions in China are evaluated and analysed by entropy and simple linear weighting method.Comparison among the provinces and regions was conducted.Evaluation results show there are obvious geographical differences in the technological innovation capability among the provinces and regions of China.In general,the eastern provinces and regions are superior to the western provinces and regions,with the regional technological innovation capability decreasing from the eastern coastal areas to central and western inland areas.The regional technological innovation capability of the eastern regions is the strongest,followed by the northeast region and the central region,whereas the western region is the weakest.
