| 摘 要： | 年度报告是上市公司最常见和最重要的信息披露方式，它传递看上市公司在某个会计年度的全部信息，是投资者、债权人、监管机构等进行正确决策的基石所在。依2001年部分高科技上市公司年度报告为样本，对现行的年度报告披露现象进行分析、评价，即可发现种种问题，亟待改进。

| Abstract: | Year report is the most common and important way of information exposure using by list company. It transfers the whole information of the list company in some fiscal year and is the crucial factor to carry out the right decision using by the investor, creditor, supervise-organization and so on. According to analyzing and evaluating the year report of part high-tech list companies, some corresponding improving measures are put forward by this paper. |
